Frontify
Brand management platform where teams publish online brand guidelines next to approved logos, templates and assets.
- Developer API
Collaborative design tool where teams keep shared color styles, text styles and logo components that every new design uses.
Figma is a browser-based design tool used for interfaces, marketing graphics and presentations, and it is where many teams keep the working source of their brand. Shared libraries hold color styles, text styles, logo components and templates, so when the brand changes, every file that uses the library can pick up the update. Its AI features help draft designs, rename layers and generate placeholder content.
For brand work, Figma is less a guidelines website and more the place the approved pieces live. Small teams often keep a single Figma file as their brand guide, with logo versions, clear space, colors and type samples on one page. Larger teams pair it with a guidelines tool like zeroheight or Frontify, which can pull styles and components from Figma.
